This hotel is reasonable to get some rest in. It's relatively clean, all the items that are present work and the windows open allowing nice fresh air. The lighting is very well thought out as are the power options in the room. The common spaces were spacious and tried to appear a step up with the piano music and fireplace. The beds were comfy enough and we appreciated the dollar general nearby. This is now my preferred location whenever I need a spot in the Thomasville / Lexington area.

We wound up being in Thomasville NC because of an unexpected family medical emergency. We stayed at the Comfort Inn for 6 nights and 7 days. We found the hotel to be extremely clean and well appointed. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotless. We had fresh towels daily and bed was made. The hot breakfast was good with fruit, yogurts, eggs, sausage, waffle maker and really good coffee. The thing that impressed us the most was the kindness of the staff. Everyone was helpful, smiling and looked happy to be working. The owner was very sweet and you could tell how hard she was working to upgrade the hotel. Thank you all for being so great to us during a difficult time.
. The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is enjoyable, and the minimal wear and tear suggest recent upgrades and attentive maintenance. Despite having only one maintenance team member, they manage dents and dings left by guests effectively and maintain the grounds exceptionally well, aided by a smart design that reduces the maintenance load. Both the owners and staff are clearly dedicated to the business. We have two adjoining rooms, and the hotel is quiet and conveniently located near all regional points of interest. Has great WiFi.
We and our associates stay her for our quarterly meetings. Compared to others hotels in this price range in the Greensborough, High Point, Winston Salem, Triad area this should be a 5 star lodging. Everyone at the hotel front desk was friendly and eager to assist.
